Hannah Chae, MSPAS, MPH, PA-C
Hannah Chae is a board-certified Physician Assistant who became part of the Southern California Multi-Specialty Center (SCMSC) team in August 2023. Her journey to this role was marked by academic excellence and a commitment to holistic healthcare.

Hannah’s educational achievements culminated in May 2023 when she completed Touro University California’s dual-degree program. During this transformative period, she concurrently earned her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) as well as a Master’s in Public Health (MPH). What makes Hannah stand out is her deliberate choice to attend Touro’s PA program, the only one of its kind to combine the MSPAS with an MPH. This unique combination underscores her dedication to a comprehensive approach to healthcare.

Hannah’s appreciation for her MPH goes beyond academic success; it is an integral part of her patient care philosophy. Equipped with a solid foundation in public health, she approaches patient care with a holistic perspective. She tailors her care to each patient’s individual needs while also considering the social determinants that play a crucial role in influencing their health.

Throughout her PA training, Hannah has excelled in a wide array of surgical environments, demonstrating her proficiency in the operating room, clinic, and inpatient hospital settings across several surgical sub-specialties, such as cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery, and endocrine surgery. Hannah possesses a natural affinity for the intricacies of the surgical environment and caring for surgical patients.

Originally hailing from the Metro-Detroit area of Michigan, Hannah embarked on her journey to California in 2013 to pursue her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of San Diego. Upon successful completion of her undergraduate degree in 2017, she decided she would call California a forever home. When she’s not passionately serving her patients, Hannah enjoys quality time with her family and friends, taking leisurely strolls around her neighborhood, and exploring the diverse culinary scene in Los Angeles.
