Dr. Seong (Sam) Gon Bae, M.D., FACS is a board-certified general surgeon with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, high-quality surgical care to patients of all ages. He believes that excellent surgery begins with careful listening, clear communication, and thoughtful decision-making—so every patient understands their options and feels confident in their care.
Dr. Bae trained at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio and specializes in a wide range of general surgical procedures, with additional training in minimally invasive operations including robotic and laparoscopic surgery. He treats gallbladder disease, hernias including hiatal hernias, abdominal conditions, colon surgery and hemorrhoids, and soft tissue procedures. Whenever possible, he emphasizes less invasive approaches to help patients recover more quickly and return to their normal lives sooner.
