Schedule an appointment by calling us at (818) 900-6480, or request an appointment time using our online form.

Plan for Your Visit

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early if you have already filled out your forms.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early if you have NOT already filled out your forms.
Allow time for parking. Please notify us if you are going to be late.
Bring your ID, insurance card and credit/debit card for payment – we are a cashless facility.

At Southern California Multi-Specialty Center (SCMSC), we’re dedicated to providing you with exceptional care from your very first visit. To keep our practice running smoothly and ensure every patient gets the attention they deserve, we ask for your help in honoring our appointment cancellation policy. This allows us to prepare thoroughly for your visit, maintain availability for others, and deliver the high-quality care you expect.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:Appointments must be cancelled with at least 1 full business day’s notice for office visits and 3 full business days’ notice for surgical procedures. If you miss an office visit or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, it’s considered a no-show and incurs a $75.00 fee. Missing a surgical procedure or cancelling with less than 3 days’ notice is a no-show and incurs a $500.00 fee. Cancellations due to lack of referral are also treated as no-shows. Repeated failure to meet financial obligations may lead to dismissal from our practice.

Emergency Situations

The nature of our practice requires us to be able to respond to the immediate surgical needs of our patients, as some patients come to us with little time to wait. It is not uncommon for our surgeons to get called into emergency surgery. In this case, our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) allow us to meet the critical surgical needs of our patients.

Our APPs are board-certified in the state of California as medical professionals who can diagnose, treat and manage a wide array of medical conditions. In addition to their years of training and work experience, they also go through extensive training with our SCMSC physicians on our unique multi-disciplinary approach.

Our APPs are in constant communication with each physician, and our doctors play an active role in the care of every patient. Rest assured that you are in good hands with our APPs and the doctor will follow up with you.
