Medical Receptionist / Front Office Receptionist
Support the provider by providing caring, personalized, and efficient handling of patients, medical records, supply management and other duties as assigned. In addition, the medical receptionist provides appropriate feedback to the medical team, follow-up information to patients and correctly inputs data as required. The medical receptionist maintains all the required certifications and skills necessary to function within the scope of the Policy and Procedures.
Medical Assistant
Assists physicians, nurses, and other medical staff by performing administrative and clinical duties under the direction of a physician. Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records. Clinical duties may include, preparing the treatment room for patient exams, recording patient medical history, and cleaning and sterilizing medical equipment.
